For people that know rap music really well?

Ok so i heard this song and i have no idea what its called or who raps it. Its a rap song about smokin drugs and it seems to only have 1 rapper... from what i heard... it pretty much just has the rapper there isnt that much special effects.. its a slower pace song... i dont do drugs i was just tryin to figure out what this song is does anyone have any ideas??? thanks you
