What is the best way to relieve stress?
..Each person must find their own method of release for stress..Of course the first thing we should do or remember to do, is to not allow it to pile up on us, but occasionally there will be those times when it will..You are working and this is a release for some people but while you work you could also continue to look in other areas for jobs, such as China who I believe hires people to help with a second language, and possibly other areas..Are there other places/countries you can get a work visa to, and if so, then see what may be available in one of them..Do not give up hope, for it is always when we least expect it, something else turns up..Relieving stress for myself, (and I seldom have that much, as I try to deal with each issue that come up, immediately), is meditation..I also have a faith and belief which helps me a great deal, and I believe that no matter what we are going through, there is always a lesson in it for us, be it patience or test of faith, or humility..I know this is probably not what you need right now, but it works for me...Many people I know will journal/write out their stress, some will use running or another exercise program..I believe you will have to try some different things and see what works best for you, just never give up hope..If you continue to look, I am very sure you will find something else you may enjoy a little better..Sometimes when we accept our cirstances, there will be change just around the corner...Take care and all the best in your future endeavours...
