Problem with my new shoes, that you wear without socks, tearing the skin off my heal!!!!?

I bought new sperry top sider boat shoes and since they are new they are making my heals EXTREMELY raw, to the point where i cant wear them. the band aids i use always come off!!! what can i do to wear my new sperrys without hurting my heals. is there a special band aid to wear that wont come off due to sweat or lubricant. please help. thanks
