How do I build a safehouse?

Reporting from urban Toronto...My neighbors have started acting strangely lately. eg. Screaming incoherently at me, and running after me for no reason. I suspect that they are contaminated with the Green Flu. How do I build safehouse to hide from them? If no one answers, I will take is that the rest of North America has been infected also and ride out on my motorcycle to the countryside.
