Is Art Center College Of Designs Better Than California Institute Of The Arts?

RIT Rochester Institute of Technology's photo program is sponsored by Kodak. It's VERY well known. Rhode Island School of Design (I went there) best decision of my life. I dunno about the ones ur talking about sorry but if u don't mind traveling look into those two.
