How many degrees does the temperature have to change for humans to notice?

What is the absolute threshold for human temperature, or the just noticeable difference in temperature detection? I feel like you have to notice the difference between 4 degrees at least. If you're hot, you can tell the difference between a room that is 70 degrees and one that is 74... would you notice a difference of less than this?
