How to explain Diffusion to a child?

i am writing a childrens book for biology cl and i need to explain diffusion in a way a little kid would know it, how would you explain it? i was going to draw it by a blood cell moving in a circle, but i am not sure how to explain it scientificly but in a way a child will understand.
