Is this a sign of control or immaturity?

Heres the deal..short version.. long distance relationship...my girl and I have been together for 8 months.....6 hr difference, both 20 years old...everything was awesome until about 2 months ago when we started discussing her moving to where I am..keep in mind that this was something that was established from the beginning.. she knew that if it worked out, that she would be moving to Arizona from California...long story short, she basically got stressed,scared and became very indecisive.. she knew that she wanted to be together and that i was the one for her, yet she decided to break up with me 3 times in a row instead of simply telling me she was scared so we could talk about it..we ended up getting back together 2 wks ago and now everything is cool and we discussed alot..now though, she seems to be acting funny again telling me her worries about Arizona..summer heat, finding a job she likes, etc..is this a sign of control or immaturity? need advice on how to handle it..
